Sometimes it can happen the browser does not open the ticket page but it jump on the main one. In this case you can always consult yours tickets by checking on the "Request" button and play a bit with the filters 

It can be you have the needed to consult the the tickets list, like :

  • you received a notification by the Customer Portal and by click on the link the browser does not directly open the right page of this ticket
  • voglio consultare tutte le mie richieste, anche quelle chiuse. you want just to consult all tickets


In this case you can always consult yours tickets by checking on the "Request" button and play a bit with the filters. Continue by play with Status.
