Can't access your account?

  1. First of all make sure that you've recovered the Username before the Password recovery

  2. Click here to access the recovery procedure
  3. Select which data you want to recover
  4. Fill the required field and then click on Send

If you didn't get any email please check as well the Spam and Junk folders or contact your IT department to check if by default there's any blocking filter active in your mail.

Only after you've checked and you're sure you didn't got any email then contact UTECO for account support.
